Tell Us About Your Business
The basics — takes about a minute. We'll handle the paperwork details later.
The name customers know you by — exactly how your AI should say it.
Your current main business line that customers call
Where we send account notices. This address is never published on your website.
This is the only email printed on your website. Leave it blank and your site simply shows no email address — customers call or use the quote form instead. You can add one later in your app.
Don't have one? A professional website — built for you — is included when you upgrade to the Pro plan.
Owner / Primary Contact
This is who gets notified about calls, texts, and new leads.
Where we reach you about incoming calls, leads, and texts — by text if you opt in below, otherwise by email
Optional — how should we send your setup details?
Prefer not to receive texts? Leave this unchecked and we'll email everything to the address below instead. Your account works exactly the same either way, and you can change your mind any time.
For account setup and billing (can be same as business email)
Additional Notification Recipients
Anyone else who should get notified about incoming calls and leads?
What your AI texts you — lead alerts, call summaries, payments. Your customers always hear and read their own language.
Comma-separated. These people will also get text alerts for new calls/leads.
Services
List each service. Include typical price ranges if possible — this helps your AI give accurate quotes.
Cities, neighborhoods, or ZIP codes you serve. Your AI will use this to check if callers are in your area.
Scheduling & Hours
Payment & Pricing
Online Presence
Find this in your Google Business Profile. We'll send automatic review requests after completed jobs.
AI Phone Secretary Setup
This is how we train your AI to answer the phone exactly the way you want.
Write the greeting in your own words. The law in a growing number of states requires an automated caller to identify itself, so we add a short AI disclosure in front of whatever you write — unless your own wording already says “AI,” in which case yours runs exactly as typed.
What your callers will hear:
Heads up: if you forward your existing line, most carriers send those calls straight to the AI — your phone won't ring for them. You can undo forwarding anytime with a single dial code, and we'll walk you through both after setup.
When a caller asks to speak to a real person, the AI will transfer here
List common questions and the answers you want your AI to give. The more you put here, the smarter your AI will be.
Callers who get a ballpark book more often. Leave blank and the AI will offer a free estimate instead of numbers.
The AI can cite it when callers ask if you're licensed.
Carrier Registration Details
Phone carriers require your legal details to register your business number for texting. Two minutes of paperwork — we file everything for you.
Exactly as it appears on your business registration / EIN letter
Sole proprietor without an EIN? Enter 0s — we'll sort it out with you.
Business Address
Physical business address (required for phone number registration).

Pain Points
What's holding your business back? Check all that apply.
Your Website
Included with your plan and built for you automatically the moment you finish checkout — these answers make it yours from day one.
This goes on your website as your "Why Choose Us" section, and your AI uses it when a caller asks why they should pick you. Write it how you'd say it to a customer standing in their driveway.
🖼️
No logo? No problem — your brand colors below carry the design.
📷
The big picture at the top of your site. A wide shot of real work beats any stock photo.
Main color — buttons, accents, and highlights across your site and app.
Background color — your website's page background, blended in gently. Leave white for the classic look.
Your Website Address
Where your website lives on the internet.
